Under revisions to the NAJAS Bylaws adopted at the August 21, 2025 Board Meeting, the governing body for the Association has been streamlined to a unitary Board consisting of up to 19 individuals comprised of executive leaders of NAJAS’ (currently, 41) Regular Members serving in rotation for several years at a time, as well as a smaller number of independent directors and an Advisory Council. NAJAS relies on support and guidance from a diverse range of profiles and skillsets on its volunteer board, and welcomes expression of interest to the President or Chair in service from qualified candidates.
